Flourless Bread (Recipe)

The flour is treated with some of the sixty diverse chemicals that are permitted by the FDA like the chemical bleach and also gluten, that is dangerous even for the people who aren’t allergic to it. We are offering you a recipe for flourless bread that is made only from all natural ingredients and overloaded with nutrients like B vitamins, proteins, and fibers. It is inexpensive and very easy to prepare. Here is the recipe:


– 4 eggs;
– 90gr of walnuts;
– 100 ml of fresh water;
– 90gr of flaxseed;
– 90gr of sunflower seeds;
– just a pinch of salt;
– 90gr of sesame seeds;
– 90gr of pumpkin seeds;
– Half a tsp. of baking soda;


First ground all the seeds to acquire fine flour. After that beat the egg whites with the salt and put in the baking soda and the water. At the end mix all the ingredients together. Bake your flourless bread for fifty minutes at 180 0C.
