- 4 large dates, pitted
- Just a pinch of cinnamon
- 2 cans of organic full-fat coconut milk
- Just a pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
First, you have to cool the coconut milk in the fridge overnight. Thant in a cup of hot water soak up the dates for 10 minutes. After that put the entire ingredient together in a blender and blend at high speed.
