Everybody likes dessert. It is basically our favorite meal of the day, but sadly everything that’s sweet comes with a price. Nevertheless, believe it or not, dessert can be healthy! You just have to know how to prepare it. It can be tasty as well if you choose the right ingredients.

This is the easiest and simplest homemade sugar-free ice cream and it’s extremely delicious. And it’s so charmingly creamy you won’t believe it’s also dairy free.

Homemade Sugar-Free Ice Cream Recipe

You may prefer chocolate or vanilla but after you try this coconut ice-cream it will definitely become your new preferred flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large dates, pitted
  • Just a pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 cans of organic full-fat coconut milk
  • Just a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

Preparation:

First, you have to cool the coconut milk in the fridge overnight. Thant in a cup of hot water soak up the dates for 10 minutes. After that put the entire ingredient together in a blender and blend at high speed. After everything is the well-combined place the mixture into a plastic container and wrap it all around in a plastic wrap. Make sure that the wrap touches the ice cream to avoid ice crystal from forming on the surface. Let it freeze for 4 hours. Don’t forget to remove it from the freezer to whip it with a fork every hour. Consume it within one week and take pleasure in the healthiest and tastiest ice cream.
