The American Lung Association states that there are more than 600 toxic items that are placed inside cigarettes.

Cigarettes are damaging even for non-smokers since they release more than 7000 toxins when they burn up. People that smoke have increased chances of lung cancer, and in spite of the warning labels on the cigarette packs, a lot of people still decide to do it.

The list of damaging ingredients that cigarettes contain:

 

 

  • Acetic hair color dye
  • They contain acetone that is used for nail polish removal
  • Arsenic
  • Ammonia
  • Butane used for lighter fluids
  • Hexamine
  • Benzene that is used in rubber cement
  • Cadmium that is used for battery acid

  • Carbon monoxide that can be found in car exhaust fumes

The frightening thing about this list is that those ingredients only make up half of the list.

People who smoke, or used to smoke, have these toxins inside their bodies. They can, however, get rid of them, with the help of a simple homemade remedy.

You will just need the following ingredients if you want to prepare this drink:

  • 2 tbsp. of turmeric
  • 400 grams of onion (a little less than 1 pound)
  • One inch peeled ginger root
  • 1 liter of fresh water
  • 400 grams of maple syrup

 

Onion is perfect for the fight against cancer, and as well against respiratory issues and malignant tumors.

Ginger has been used for medicinal purposes for more than a thousand years. It eliminates the excess mucus in the lungs.

Turmeric is filled with vitamins, omega 3 fats, and minerals, and those ingredients can get rid of viruses, bacteria, and cancer.

How to prepare it:

You have to mix the maple syrup and water in a pot on a medium heat and let the mixture boil. After that, chop the onions and the ginger and put them to the mixture. Then, after the water reaches its boiling point, add the turmeric and lower the heat. Let the water evaporate until half of its original size remains.

Next, strain the mixture and place it in a bottle or in a glass jar. You can keep this remedy in your fridge. You must take two tablespoons of this remedy every day, one in the morning on an empty, and one after your lunch.
