5 remedies that remove phlegm & mucus fast


It is an unpleasant feeling when there are a phlegm and mucus accumulation in the throat or the nasal passages.

  1. Turmeric

  • One glass of lukewarm water

  • ½  teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 4-5 cups of boiling water
